Case study

What Creative-Job GmbH needed and what we built

The challenge

CJ Consulting advises owners, family businesses and investors on selling, buying and valuing SMEs. In this business, discretion is the precondition: a company that is for sale must not be identifiable, yet buyers still need to find the listing. Owners considering a sale first look for answers to questions like «What is my company worth?» and only get in touch once they trust the adviser. The website had to do both: show mandates anonymously but findably, and give owners a confidential way in.

Our solution

Every mandate appears with a reference code instead of a name, for example CJ-V2402, and states only industry, region, revenue range and status. Company listings and buyer requests sit in two tabs on one page, and each has its own indexable detail page. Every detail page carries a confidential enquiry form that sends the reference code automatically; CJ receives an email and the sender a confirmation. Owners start with a five-step wizard: request type, key figures, contact, message, summary. Knowledge articles, a team page and service pages with FAQ, together with organisation schema, a sitemap of all mandates, llms.txt and llms-full.txt, form the basis for SEO and GEO.

Features

What the solution does

  • Anonymous company listings

Companies for sale with reference code, industry, region, revenue range and status («in preparation», «on the market»), filterable by industry, region and revenue. Each listing has its own page stating that identity and documents follow only after a non-disclosure agreement.

  • Buyer requests

Second tab on the same page: anonymised buyers looking for a company, with industry, region, target size by revenue and headcount, and transaction type, each with its own page.

  • Confidential mandate enquiry

A form on every listing and request page. The mandate's reference code is sent automatically; CJ receives a formatted email and the sender a confirmation.

  • Five-step enquiry wizard

Request type (sale, purchase or valuation), key figures (industry, region, revenue, headcount), contact, message and a summary before sending. Every enquiry arrives pre-qualified.

  • Service pages with FAQ

Business sale, acquisition, and valuation with due diligence, each with its own page and frequently asked questions, including the fee model.

  • Knowledge section

Articles on the structured sale process, acquisitions and valuation methods («What is my company worth?»), with their own images.

  • Team and hero with brand film

A full-screen opening with a brand film, a header in the style of the sister brand CJ Recruitment, and a team page with names and portraits of the contacts.

  • SEO and GEO set-up

Meta data and JSON-LD per route from a single source, injected server-side, organisation schema with address and contact, a sitemap including every mandate page, llms.txt and llms-full.txt.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do you show companies for sale without revealing them?

Each listing gets a reference code instead of a name and states only industry, region, revenue range and status. Interested parties enquire directly on the listing page, and details follow only after a non-disclosure agreement. The sale stays discreet while the listing remains findable on Google.

Why does every mandate have its own page?

Because buyers search specifically by industry and region. A dedicated, indexable page per mandate can be found for that, is listed in the sitemap and carries the reference code into the enquiry, so CJ knows immediately what it is about.

How does CJ Consulting maintain the mandates?

The mandates are stored as data in the website code and are maintained and republished by us. There is deliberately no login or CMS; listings, detail pages, sitemap and schema are generated automatically from the same data.

Why does GEO matter for advisory firms?

Owners increasingly ask questions such as «How is an SME valued?» directly in ChatGPT or Google's AI answers. The firms that get named answer such questions clearly, with methods, team and a transparent fee model. The knowledge section, schema and llms.txt are designed for exactly that.
